chef will pendergast brings twelve years of professional cooking in kitchens from manhattan to montauk with him to little gull. he has always dreamed of having a place of his own where he can share his love for creating curated comfort foods with a wider audience.
will and his wife johanna, along with their three children, have called remsenburg home since 2013. little gull has been a labor of love that they are all so excited to share with you.
